Michelle’s personal trainer, Cornell McClellan, stopped by a local Chicago TV station to offer fitness tips. His main advice to boost energy and improve health - a good night’s rest, drink plenty of water, and engage in an exercise regimen of cardio and strength training 2-3 days a week.

These are tips we’ve all heard before but maybe we’ll take them more seriously now coming from the First Family’s personal trainer. Or maybe not.
